Boat part number 1061133 is a new, off the roll, increment of RG-8X Type 16 AWG coaxial cable from Belden, part number 9258 . Commonly used on Baja Boats, but may be used on other boats.
This coaxial cable offers similar performance compared to corrugated copper cables but provides high flexibility and simplified connections. This 50 Ohm coaxial cable has a stranded bare copper center conductor for increased flexibility. Low loss is achieved through use of the 95% braided shield. A polyethylene foam provides insulation. RoHS compliant, per manufacturer.
The RG-8X transmission line can be used in almost any application where handing characteristics, improved shielding, and low loss is required. The .240-sized cable fits RG8X / LMR-240 connectors, per manufacturer.
