Boat part number 1051293 is a new trim gauge from Faria, part number GP7316D .
This clear illuminated trim gauge features a domed lens, square black bezel, white face, orange needle, and black text with red accents.
Measures approximately 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" across the face including bezel. Requires an approximate 2" Dia. cutout. Connects with (1) spade male and (4) threaded bolts.
Mounting bracket NOT included.
Set up for Mercury / Volvo / Yamaha engines 2001 and newer.

Unfortunately, we have never had the black faced version of this gauge, so we don't know what the part number was. They've been out of production for quite a while now, but you could try contacting Faria to see if any of their dealers might have them.
