Boat part number 1052886 is a new old stock EEz-In 23000 Evolution series seat swivel from Garelick, part number unavailable. Commonly used on Premier Pontoons. May be used on other boats.
Constructed from black coated aluminum, this seat swivel measures approximately 7 1/4" L x 7" W x 3 3/4" H overall. Bottom post measures approximately 2 1/4" outer diameter. Uses standard 5 x 5 mounting pattern.
Per the manufacturer, this swivel fits Garelick Evolution 2 7/8" pedestals only.

I'm afraid we only have in 2 7/8" at this time, and we aren't able to special order other sizes. All we can suggest is to contact a dealer.
