This hatch is constructed from Polar White colored glass filled polypropylene with a textured finish on the face. Features (2) twist-to-open butterfly latches. Mounts via (10) 3/16" Dia. mounting holes set around the perimeter.
The manufacturer calls this a 13" x 17" hatch. Actual measurements listed below.

Since we aren't dealers, I'm afraid we aren't able to cross reference hatches to specific boats. You'd pretty much need to go by the measurements in the ad.

Will this hatch keep water tight standing in water.

It will for a period of time, but anything long term, I'm afraid not. The more use a plastic deck hatch sees, the more it will warp, etc.
