We are selling a new, never been installed, out of box off-white Jim Black ventilation hatch. Features UV stable plastic resin. Chemical resistant. 2 hollow core seal with .500 crush for water resistant products. 1/4 tinted temper glass for strength, clarity and chemical resistance. Adjustable riser (allows you to open the window in a number of positions). Two turn style latches. This is a new, never been installed hatch, but may have some slight surface scratches due to storage and handling. Includes trim ring. Does not include screen. Screen sold separately, part # 013653.
