Boat part number 1053337 is a new, off the roll, increment of white opulence 8/32" welting from Skiers Choice Boats, part number 112141 .

Puff cord welting (also called seat cord or welt piping) is used to join two pieces of material together at the seam during an upholstery project, giving your boat seat an elegant professional finish. Simply insert between two fabric pieces with the puff edge remaining visible and sew. Commonly used on edges of arm rests and seat cushions.

Manufacturer calls this white opulence, we see it closer to an off white color.

Manufacturer calls this puff cord welting having a piece of 8/32" white nylon cord tubing running through it, we measure it to be approximately 1/4". Measures approximately 3/4" W x 3/8" H overall.
