Hi Tom,
Honestly not sure if you can bend it to that tight a radius. It is very rigid, but if you heat it up, you might very well be able to. We don't have any spec sheets on it, and unfortunately, have no way of testing it. Sorry.

Does this product come predrilled? How does it adhere to the vessel?

No holes are pre drilled, so you would need to drill counter sunk holes to install.
