Hello Leah,
I'm afraid we don't know what it's actually made of. It came to us from Lund with no data sheets - only that part 2006576 part number. We'd guess it is some sort of acrylic or pvc, but can't say for sure.
You could try contacting ObeCo, the manufacturer to see what they say.
