Boat part number 1043891 is a new old stock folding seat shell from Tempress, part number 46061 .

This seat shell is constructed out of off-white marine plastic with a textured finish. Features "No-Pinch" folding design and built-in lock for the folded position. Uses standard 5" x 5" mounting pattern.

what size bolt is required to mount the seat

Hello Lyles,

They use a 1/4 #20 bolt. You'd also need to pop in threaded t-nuts. The holes aren't pre-threaded.
